Our founder, Kenny Gallardo, has over 7 years experience flipping houses in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Prior to his flipping and construction phase, he was a lead designer at Selby House Interior Design in Atherton. Because of his extensive experience, vendor base & ability to appeal to the masses, many of our clients have expressed a desire to have our consulting services.  During our color and finish consultations we assist in picking paint colors, light fixtures, cabinetry, and hardware.  Please feel free to inquire as to our pricing for these special services. 

Each consultation takes 1 hour on site and 2-3 hours in office time to put together a full report and recommendations.  These packages are customized for each and every client.
